  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

Trendarx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our retention policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
